I started KEM South because I knew there had to be a better way to take care of the customer than what the dealership environment could offer. I believe in treating people the way I would want to be treated if I were in their shoes and having my own shop would finally give me the full freedom to do that.
I’ve purposely created a team that shares my commitment to honesty and quality. If I couldn’t trust someone unequivocally to work on my family’s vehicle, they won’t be working on yours.
We use OEM or reputable, established after-market parts that include a warranty for the part and its associated labor. In the case of OEM parts, that warranty is valid at our shop or most dealerships throughout the country.
we don’t view our work as just fixing trucks
For us it’s about helping people get from A to B, enabling small business owners to put food on their table, enhancing profit centers for corporations and creating reliable first response vehicles for municipalities. We recognize that if you’re coming to see us, you’ve probably already got your fair share of inconvenience. It’s our goal to make the repair experience straight forward and trouble free.
We are, however human and every once in a while we miss something or even an OEM part can just plain fail. Our commitment to every customer is to make it right and that is exactly what we will do.
